Post on-site visit, we construct a preliminary architectural plan and budget. This plan undergoes several revisions until it aligns with your taste, space, and budget constraints.
Here, you work with our designer to finalize your project’s finishing touches, ranging from cabinetry to appliances, flooring to plumbing fixtures, and colors to finishing touches.
This is the hard part, but it’s worth the wait! We’ll do the heavy lifting and keep you informed about open items, milestones completed, and next steps in the construction process.
